Stephen Goodall
managing director
Stephen Goodall has always been a perfectionist, whether it is in his sporting life, where as a 19 year old he competed in the Montreal Olympic Games and again at 21 at the Edmondton Commonwealth Games where he won a Bronze medal. He realized at a very young age that to be able to achieve greatness you need to put in a lot of hard work. That is exactly what he has done in his business. Years of dedication to his trade has resulted in a business that is based on quality work and unsurpassed customer service.
Lee Goodall
managing director
Lee has been involved with the business right from its very inception 20 years ago. She was determined to add the female touch to a very male dominated industry and with this in mind set out to create a workshop that women would feel comfortable visiting. She wanted it to be seen as a Boutique Panel Shop as opposed to a Smash Repair Shop.
She has created a welcoming entrance through a peaceful garden setting, and a pleasant and inviting waiting room. In Lee’s opinion, customer service is the most important aspect of the business.
Matthew Goodall
manager
Matt first started in the family business as a year 12 student at A.B. Paterson College whe he attended school 3 days per week and worked 2 days per week. He joined the business as a School Based Trainee and then followed on with his Apprenticeship. Matt has now been in the business for 10 years and for the most part has run the paintshop, however he has more recently taken on the role of Workshop Manager. With his immense knowledge of paint application and the workings of the paintshop, it has made his transition into Workshop Manager a very smooth one.
Karen Mohr
office administration
Karen has been with the Goodall team for over 10 years, making her not only one of the Goodall Team but practically a member of the family. Karen is highly skilled in all aspects of the Panel Industry Administration role and will instantly make you feel welcome and at ease. We feel very fortunate to have Karen with us and I’m sure you will realise her worth too once you meet her.
